[ECOS] Problem Executing epk file

Hi,

When I try to add an epk file, it gives me the following error:

Command Execution error:

extracting pkgadd.db:

The problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin dl.

But I saw in the search result that I only have one version of cygwin
dll. Then what could be the problem?
