[ECOS] RedBoot RAM with flash

Hello experts,

I'm trying to prepare redboot to work in RAM with AMD FLASH handling. I 
need to write another redboot into flash via hyperterminal.
I did some experiments but when I download the redboot ram flash with 
sh-shelf-insight and then I started it, the boot program from flash 
restarts itself.
I suspect there is some start address I should to configure.
What packages and flags I should set to work with redboot in RAM?
