[ECOS] AT91SAM7S256 Toolchain

Good Day, I am starting a port to the AT91SAM7S256 ARM7 (256KB flash,
64KB ram).  Can anyone suggest a toolchain for loading arm-elf-gcc
images?  Since ecos images will be loaded to flash, I will not be able
to use insight as I need flash writing capabilities.  Furthermore, I
also need a debugger.  I was thinking of just using IAR suite of tools
and forego using their compiler and just use CSPY to load and debug code
compiled by arm-elf.  Is this a viable solution or can someone propose a
better solution.
