Also do not forget to set default value
CYGSEM_REDBOOT_FLASH_COMBINED_FIS_AND_CONFIG to 0
In a file packages/redboot/current/cdl /redboot.cdl for allocation Fis
directory in the separate block (it's necessary for write to mdt
block).
