[ECOS] SPI and I2C PowerPC support

Hi,

does anybody have implemented SPI and I2C with cyg_... structure for
PowerPC processors?

I read a message about some code from a discussion where to put it (at
ecos-patches or ecos-devel) but unfortunatelly it isn't there.
