[ECOS] TCP probems after changing clock speed on AT91RM9200

Thanks for the reply. I've run tests clocktruth, clock0, clock1 and clockcnv
(anything I could find with clock in it basically) and they all ran OK. I
couldn't find anything called clock_check anywhere however. I'm not really
sure what to look at next.
