[ECOS] is somebody know timeslicing in ecso configtool tool

hi,
is somebody know that in the ecos configuration,the
default clock ticks timeslicing is 5,and is the "5" is
CPU clock rate or 
Timer clock rate ? my board is OSK 5912(OMAP 5912)
