[ECOS] problem: setitimer()

Hi all,
Can someone point me in the right direction as to what package(s) should 
be included to enable support for 'setitimer(ITIMER_REAL,..)' function 
in the eCos configtool. Target: Phy555.
I've tried including 'POSIX compatibility' package as suggested in an 
older thread, without success. Thanks in advance.
