[ECOS] I disable one of UARTs on my board, a strange problem occured to

Hi, everybody. I am using IQ80331 board. When I changed some source code of 

RedBoot to disable UART1 initilization and set bootscript option to be 
enabled, after power-on my board had to wait a long time to execute the 
script. The waiting time was much more than i set in configuration. So what 

the earth happened behind?
