[ECOS] have somebody run the microwidows in vmware

dear all,
   I'm a new user of ecos,
   i have got the redboot in the vmware,
   load the console application though the network and can run it.
   but when i run the microwindows application.

    GrOpen() run -1.
    I think the microwindows server has not run.

    Can anybody help me. how to do it.
