[ECOS] configtool: integer range limited to -32000 to +32000

Hi,

configtool/wxwin/configitem.cpp the range of the spincontrol ecIntegerEditorControl is limited to values from -32000 to +32000.
Is there any special reason for this ?
(we can't adjust our new flash timeout with configtool which is set to 5000000)
