[ECOS] JTAG on AT91EB40A

newbie question:  Atmel evaluation board with flash that was wiped out
[oops!]; trying to understand clearly how to use a Wiggler to upload the
restoration files without buying extra software.  Do you have any
suggested references/contacts?  Can redboot-RAM be downloaded and
started using OCD Commander?
