Try making a copy of the platform you are cloning, put it in a separate 
folder, customize it for your needs and make 2 entries for 
ECOS_REPOSITORY system variable (eg: 
ECOS_REPOSITORY=/work/ecos/packages:/CVS/ecos/packages).
