[ECOS] NIOS2 toolchain for eCos with POSIX threads & libstdc++

Is anybody else trying to get libstdc++ w/POSIX threads going w/Nios2 & eCos?

This is *compeletely* untested. I haven't even linked an eCos app yet,
let alone run tests as I don't have Nios HW handy.

Should someone be interested in testing this with Nios 5.0 eCos &
POSIX threads and report back problems, I'll have a crack or two at
fixing what pops up.
