[ECOS] enabling timers for ixp425

Hi all,
                   I am using a evaluation board of ixp425 processor, i
could proceed upto
checking of the exceptions,but now i want to test the timers and timer
interrupt of the processor , is there any code already exists in the ecos of
ixp425 or else any one have already done this testing.

any pointers or sugessitions are welcome
