[ECOS] "TCP retransmission" in Downloading from GDB

In GDB, when I use the following command :
$ powerpc-eabi-gdb 543560.elf

This GDB was configured as "--host=i686-pc-cygwin --target=powerpc-eabi"...

the transfer rate of the download is very slow (up to 120 seconds) and I notice
via an Ethernet Analyser that there are a lot of "TCP Retransmission" that
explain the problem.
But when I use the GUI GDB with the "powerpc-eabi-insight" command and I
download the same elf file, there are no "TCP Retransmission" and it takes just
2 seconds for downloading.
I don't understand what are the TCP difference between the GUI and the CLI of
Does someone get the same differences on TCP between GUI and CLI ?
Do I forget a GDB option in the CLI GDB command ?
