[ECOS] Exporting FIS functions to eCos applications

Hello all,

	I would like that my eCos applications have the ability to create and 
delete files on flash. Currently, I see that I can program flash from eCos 
applications, but I am unable to ascertain if FIS calls are available to an 
eCos application.
	Has this been done? Any suggestions?
