[ECOS] implementing jffs2

I need some information on Jffs2.how can i check fileio1.c and romfileio1.c..
whether i can  use  exisisting fileio1.c for creating new file system .
or

can i also do some operation like reading and writing in cyg user start in my application,if that i spossible any idea.
