eCos already has UCD-SNMP with v3 support (SHA provided by OpenSSL). The
first step would be to see what is different in the way of operating
interface calls. NET-SNMP is just a newer version of UCD-SNMP with a
different name so as long as there are not too many new calls, it
Should?? Be a drop in replacement!!!, but this would need to be checked.

I am not sure what functions are provided in NET-SNMP that UCD-SNMP does
not provide.
