[ECOS] problems when connecting to GDB stub

Platform MPC7410
Template REDBOOT
GDB can't connect to target. after calling HAL_BREAKPOINT(_breakinst), the 
pc is set to 0 and falls into dead repetition.
What's the most possible prolems? thanks
