[ECOS] ROMRAM mode problem

When I compile Redboot in ROMRAM startup mode on PowerPC platform, the 
reset vector is set to 0x0000 0100. But I think that in the ROMRAM mode, 
redboot should run in FLASH at first, and then copy codes to RAM. 
Are there something wrong?
