[ECOS] Flash Intel Strata

I come across a starange prob when i write Redboot to my flash 
using BDI2000 JTAG.

After I write the redboot at 0x50000000 address and later I dump the flash

It reads as :

I am not sure what the problem is The config file for BDI2000 is correct.

Does any one Know what could be the reason for this ... flash write .... 
at address 50000010 /30/50 ........ its all blank?
