[ECOS] COM1: Inappropriate ioctl for device.

hi, all

i have met a problem when use config tool under windows with Cygwin,
when run test ,the following error msg appears:
    (gdb) set height 0
    (gdb) set debug remote 0
    (gdb) set remotebaud 38400
    (gdb) target remote COM1
    COM1: Inappropriate ioctl for device.
    (gdb) load
    You can't do that when your target is `exec'
    (gdb) break cyg_test_exit
   .........
