[ECOS] CFI query in redboot using lubbock-like board!

Hi,
My target board is lubbock-like (pxa255), and flash (28F160C3) at 0x0~0x200000.
In redboot sources, I wanna use CFI command to query flash
informations. What address should be used to set CFI command (0x98)?
Because I set CFI command (0x98) at 0x0, however it unable to return
the flash informations correctly.
