[ECOS] ROM File System Testing

Hi Andrew,

I am able compile the tests with eCos Configuration tool.

Thanks for that.I am facing some problem, while running the fileio1.exe

on the target to test RAM/ROM file system.

Do you have tcl insrtalled.
