[ECOS] support for AM29LV256M flash device

Hi Andreas,
   If I am not wrong it's a strata flash and ecos does have support for
AMD strata flash.
Still if u require the driver I can send you one driver for the same
chip you can port it to ecos :-D

I didn't find this device on the list of supported hardware. Who has
experience with the AM29LV256M or other AMD devices? What effort would
it be to write a driver for this device?
