[ECOS] libsupc++.a error

I ran into this same problem on a different platform. For your case, go 
to packages/hal/mips/tx39/current/src/mips_tx39.ld. You will find the 
following line of code:

GROUP(libtarget.a libgcc.a libsupc++.a)

Delete the libsupc++.a reference and you should build OK.
