[ECOS] RedBoot Serial port terminal scrron didn't show out.

I am using Intel IQ80331 Evaluation board. I used "Flash Programmer"
to upgrade redboot by OCDemon. When I upgrade finished, I connect to
the board by serial prot. But the Redboot screen didn't show in
hyperTerminal. I also restore system to the default ROM.elf.  But it's
still didn't work. So , can any one give me some hint or tell me how
to do.
