[ECOS] arm-elf version

Hello,

We are integrating audio codec libraries (compiled by arm-elf-gcc
V3.2.1) from third party into our system.  Our eCos kernel and BSP are
compiled using arm-elf-gcc V2.95.2.  The build image doesn't run
correctly.  We are not sure whether there is compatibility issue between
V2.95.2 linker/compiler and V3.2.1 compiler.  Do you know the answer?
