[ECOS] EB40 like board and Wiggler

Hello,

I know it is a little off topic, but I am sure that I can find an answer 
here.
I have an EB40 like board and a Macraigor Wiggler. I want to be able to 
upload my application to the flash, only using the Wiggler and a macro 
for OCD Commander.
My question is: has anyone succeeded to write a macro for the OCD 
Commander that makes a remap and all the other initialization?
