[ECOS] Application Profiler

When I try to add the application profiler package, I get the following
unresolved conflict:

CYGINT_PROFILE_HAL_TIMER != 0

configtool.exe does not have any suggestions for how to satisfy the
constraint.

Which package do I need to add to get this to go away?  I am using 2.0.
