[ECOS] Updating flash

Hi all

I've been moved to a new development unit (Falcom XF55). When I power up the 
unit there is no redboot start screen. Could this mean that it was deleted 
and its running an image directly? Does anyone know of a tool I can use to 
upload a redboot rom to the unit?
