[ECOS] ethernet intialization error

hai ,
i was trying to intialize ethernet cards . i have 3 ethernet cards
in that i have configured only one . should the cards be configured
using ecos .how can i do it by ecos.
i was trying to intialize the cards using programs . i was getting an
error when giving init_all_network_interfaces();
