[ECOS] Why is the DCACHE and ICACHE enabled twice?

And when I read the strataflash configuration in flash_query, I don't crash
anymore - I seem to read the FLASH_query data structure without throwing an
exception except I read junk - following which flash_hwr_init says it cannot
figure out what kind of flash I have and bails. I still get a redboot prompt
but without any of the strata flash stuff...:-(
