[ECOS] Terminal over TCP too slow

Wow, fast answer, I am impressed (first time on the discuss, but read 
every old message)

no, I just use it to download the application. There is even no ethernet 
packet included in the ecos itself, just in redboot
( I tried to include it, but it didn't help, so I took it out again).
