[ECOS] Atmel EB55 Support in eCos configtool 2.x

You have to set the enviroment-variable ECOS_REPOSITORY to the cvs-package -
destination
for example (bash)
export ECOS_REPOSITORY=/tmp/ecos-cvs/packages

that's all :)
