[ECOS] clock_settime() function

Hi all,

I was wondering what the context of calling function
clock_settime() should be.  Is it ISR, DSR, or thread?
 I call this function inside my ISR, but when I call
clock_gettime() after that (with 1 second delay), I
don't see the time was set accordingly.
