[ECOS] Doubts in eCos Configuration

Hi,
I'm using eCos-1.5.14 and the hardware is Hitachi SH3 EDK7708 board. The 
tools such as cygnus is installed in ReHat Linux 8.I have some doubts in
configuration. But I cannot access the sh-elf-gdb. I tried by setting the
Path only but I can access sh-elf-gcc. All the files are available in bin but
I cann't access them. Please give me some suggestion to the above question.
