[ECOS] More info-IP Configuration

Hi ,
Further to my earlier mail, I thought I should provide more info wrt the
environment.
Now the ecos which I am running on the board is a library (libtarget.a)
provided by client and I do not have the source of the same. I have the
confiuration file (apnet.ecc) that client has used to build the libtarget.a.
