[ECOS] Problem while installing ecos-install.tcl file

Hello

I am working on AT91EB40a board.
I am using cygwin to port ecos onto the board.
i have installed cygwin properly and now while giving
sh ecos-install.tcl
there is an error
Installation aborted.
no other things are being specified.
how do i proceed
