[ECOS] x86 System Boot & FAT32 Disk system

If anyone is interested I have a x86 system that boots from harddisk and run 
eCOS.

1) Boot installer, installs boot system on harddisk (FAT32)
2) FAT32 disk system, uses PIO and DMA modes to read/write disk
