[ECOS] how enable option

Hi,
how can I enable CYGFUN_KERNEL_THREADS_STACK_MEASUREMENT to use 
the function cyg_thread_measure_stack_usage?
Which steps I hane to follow?
I suppose I have to change ecos.ecc, then execute ecosconfig tree and make.
What I have to change in ecos.ecc? There are options related?
