[ECOS] any supported processors with code protection?

Hello!


Does eCos (not eCosPro) support any processors with code protection? By code
protection I mean something that would prevent third party from reading
program and data memory. It requires disabling (or password protecting) any
debug interface(s).

Minimum internal (protected) memory: 256 kB FLASH + 256 kB RAM
