[ECOS] Pre-built toolchain for Cygwin/ARM/Big-endian

Hi all,
sorry if that has been discussed earlier but I'm curious to know if
there are pre-built toolchains available for Cygwin/ARM/Big-endian
targets?
If possible, I'd like to skip the hassle of building my own toolchain
from scratch.
