[ECOS] Help latest ecos version

I'm working on a AT91 EB 55 board I'd like to have the latest version of
ecos. I currently have v2_0 ecoscentric CD version wich apparently supports
only eb40 board (bought my CD two month ago) . When I try to compile the cvs
version I get strange errors ...
Is their a way to get the latest version of ecos for linux or windows ...
