[ECOS] OpenSSL

I've been using the OpenSSL port available in the
third-party contributions area with good results. 
Thanks Andrew!

I'm wondering if that port is being maintained or
updated?  Specifically, I'm looking for the AES
algorithm, but I don't think AES was part of the
original port.
