[ECOS] redboot and tftp

I was trying to load an image using the command

load -r -v -b 0x01600000 zImage

and got the error : -

RedBoot> load -r -v -b 0x01600000 zImage
Using default protocol (TFTP)
Can't load 'zImage': file not found

tftp is enabled which I have checked using the
chkconfig command and I have copied the file 'zImage'
into /tftpboot/

Any clue what I might be missing here?
