[ECOS] Problems with ecosconfig.exe and cygwin 1.5.10-3

CygWin  1.5.10-3 appears to have broken ecosconfig.exe on my machine.
Downgrading to 1.5.9-1, fixed the problem.

Has anyone else observed this?


(ecosconfig.exe complains about missing .cdl files).
