[ECOS] [PATCH] adding cyg_hal_sys_readdir() and cyg_hal_sys_[fl]stat() calls to the synth target

Hi,

the attached diff's add support for the readdir() and [lf]stat() linux kernel calls to the ecos synthetic target. This is quite useful when trying to simulate file system access with the synthetic target.
