[ECOS] About Connection establishment time.

Hi,
   In my firmware a server is working on port number 9001.The connection

establishment with this server from pc is slow.It takes 4 to 8
seconds.Can any one give how to reduce this connection establishment
time.The priority of the server thread is 2.
  In my ecos Open Bsd package is selected for network.
